Bobvin does not keep a profile of you from Facebook or Instagram. What we may hold is: (1) account details of a business that connected its accounts, and (2) messages that customers sent to a business that uses Bobvin.
Meta sends us a deletion request automatically. We disconnect the Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts you connected, erase their stored access keys, and a person at our company then deletes the rest. Your reference code is shown on this page. For a WhatsApp connection, write to us and we will do the same by hand.
Ask that business to delete your messages, or write to the contact address your provider gave you with the name of the business and the phone number or account you used. We will delete them within 30 days.
