Terms of Service

These terms are between Bobvin ("we") and the business using Bobvin ("you"). By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

Bobvin gives you a shared inbox, a chatbot, broadcasts and campaigns across WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger and your website. It depends on services run by Meta and others, which we do not control, so we cannot promise they will always be available or unchanged.

Your responsibilities

• Follow the rules of the services you connect, including Meta's WhatsApp Business, Messaging and Platform policies.
• Only send promotional messages to people who agreed to receive them, and honour requests to stop straight away.
• Do not send spam, illegal, misleading or harmful content, and do not use the service to harass anyone.
• Keep your login private and tell us if you think it was misused.
• You are responsible for the answers your chatbot gives. Check them, especially prices, medical, legal or financial information.

Meta can pause or block accounts

If Meta limits, restricts or blocks one of your accounts, Bobvin stops sending from it. We are not responsible for decisions made by Meta.

Fees

Fees for Bobvin are agreed with you or your provider. Meta's own message charges are separate and are billed to you by Meta.

Your data

You keep ownership of your content and customer data. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle it.

Ending the service

You can stop at any time. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms or puts others at risk.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last three months.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will tell you about important changes. Questions: the contact address your provider gave you.
